- For initial appointments, an online patient consent form must be completed prior to the appointment.

- A thorough case history, assessment and treatment will be taken by your practitioner.

- Patient consent (written and/or verbal) will be obtained prior to all assessment or treatment procedures.

- Any potential risks relating to techniques or exercise proposed will be explained by your practitioner.

- If after a case history, assessment and consultation, the patient is not a candidate for treatment, the patient may be recommended to further management by a relevant healthcare professional. In this event you may be charged the full consultation fee for the appointment.

- Payment is required at the time of your consultation.

- HICAPS facilities are available. Rebates from private health insurance will be possible if you have osteopathy in your 'extras' cover.

Way To Wellness Osteopathy has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. By booking an appointment you agree to provide us 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling the appointment. Failure to do so, may result in a cancellation fee to be charged. 

Please note: All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled fee. 

We acknowledge some circumstances may be out of your control. Therefore we'll aim to be as understanding and accommodating as possible prior to sending out a cancellation fee.

You can cancel your appointment by clicking the cancellation link on your confirmation email as long as it is 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please contact the clinic to cancel or reschedule your appointment if it's less than 24 hours before your appointment. 

By registering as a patient you are subscribing to receive emails from Way To Wellness Osteopathy. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

All digital online forms are sent to your medical file held on our practice management system 'Cliniko'.

All forms/files are completely confidential and are used for clinical purposes only. 

All fees are due at the completion of your consult.

Fees may change without notice.

We accept Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) patients. Please ensure you bring all relevant documentation for the claim, including an appropriate white or gold card. 

Way To Wellness Osteopathy is not currently accepting TAC, Work Cover or Medicare Care Plan claims.
